Appointment Scheduling

We schedule appointments to give each patient the time and attention they deserve. Please call us at 703-570-7870 or use our online appointment request form to schedule your visit. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments with our practice.

Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any necessary paperwork. If you have completed your registration online in advance, arriving 5–10 minutes early is sufficient. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling to ensure all patients are seen on time.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. Medical History & Records

Accurate and up-to-date medical history is essential for safe and effective treatment. Please inform our team of any changes to your health, medications, or allergies at every visit. We may request X-rays or records from your referring dentist prior to your appointment to ensure continuity of care.

We are committed to protecting your personal health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your records are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law or for treatment purposes.

Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
