Treatment Fees and Expenses

The fees for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of the treatment needed. During your consultation visit we will discuss the recommended treatment, number of visits necessary, their length and the fees involved. Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1500. For insured patients, your insurance generally covers a majority of the cost of treatment. Your estimated deductible and co-pay will need to be paid at the time of treatment.

Payment Options – Ways To Make a Payment

We're happy to offer a number of convenient options for making a payment.

We accept a wide variety of payment options to individuals or families so you can make the best choice to fit your needs. We accept cash, personal checks, debit/credit cards, money orders and cashier's checks. Alternately, we are happy to accept Care Credit and all employer sponsored flex plan payments so you don't have to delay your treatment. You're welcome to phone our office today to obtain an estimate of the amount you may need at the time of your visit.

Don’t delay. Learn more about your options as early treatment may prevent your condition from getting progressively worse and increasing your total out-of-pocket expense.

Payment Due at the Time of Service

We will gladly assist you in filing your insurance claim. However, any insurance claim denied or remaining unpaid after 30 days will automatically become your responsibility. Please remember your portion will be due at the time of treatment. An insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to know your benefits. The doctor and staff of this office cannot be aware of benefits for all insurance carriers. It would be to your advantage to know whether we are in network or out of network. Since your benefits are not determined until your insurance company receives and processes your claim, we can only quote an estimate.

Secondary Insurance

We do not file secondary insurance. If you do have a secondary policy, we will be happy to offer you supporting documents to assist you in filing for reimbursement.

Strict And Enforced 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

At Precision MicroEndodontics, we make sure that during your appointment, you are our sole focus. As a courtesy if you cannot honor your appointment please call to reschedule within 48 hours to avoid a missed appointment fee of $150.00. Thank you for your understanding and we will do everything possible to ensure you have a pleasant visit.
